| The Power Army is a movement originally
sparked in Africa in the early 1990's. In 1994, it was officially
founded as an organization under the leadership of Rev. Paul Sungro
Lee, a missionary to Kenya. The Power Army presently has its operational
base in Nairobi, Kenya. The Power Army is an international interdenominational
Christian movement, initiated by a group of Christian ministers
who desired to see God's power manifested in their own life and
ministries. It is not a church nor a denomination but a movement,
participated by a great many different churches, denominations and
individuals from various sorts of backgrounds.
The Power Army has been expanding by calling Christians
to the way of pious living which comes through a methodical Bible
reading and prayer, so that they might experience a spiritual empowerment,
an essential element for power evangelism. Today (as of 1/1/2001),
the participants of The Power Army movement can be found in Kenya,
Uganda, Congo, Ghana, Ethiopia, Zambia, South Africa, Ukraine, Canada
and U.S.A. From a Baptist to a Pentecostal, God has been raising
up an army of believers who have willingly chosen to live a devotional
lifestyle for Christ and have joined this God-birthed movement.

The Power Army strives
to assist each participant through various kinds of literatures
and rallies; to experience a spiritual empowerment; to keep developing
one's relationship with Christ; and to discover and to use their
spiritual gifts in the Lord's service. Whoever develops a Spirit-led
interest toward this prayer movement may write us to join as a member.
There is no obligation. Simply pray and see if you can agree to
begin and to keep a methodical pattern of devotional prayer and
Bible reading on a daily basis. We encourage you to print out and
fill in the "Covenant
Commitment Form" and keep it where easily seen for a reminder
of your personal devotion to God. Also, please e-mail us and let
us know you have done so. We will be happy to send you helpful literatures
for your devotional walk with God, including the "Price
Presence Power" booklet written by Rev. Paul Sungro Lee. We
will also keep you posted of The Power Army's upcoming events and
